HealthPilot Support

Your health reports explained, and a personal plan for supplements, food and exercise.

Need help or found a problem?

In the app, open Settings (your avatar at the top left) and tap Report a problem or Send feedback. We read every message.

Getting started

1. Connect Apple Health
On first launch, HealthPilot asks to read your Apple Health data. Allow the categories you want to include. You can change this later in the Settings app under Health → Data Access & Devices → HealthPilot.
2. Fill in your profile
Tap your avatar at the top left of any tab to open Settings, then Health profile, and add your goals, conditions, medications and allergies, then tap Save. Medications matter: HealthPilot checks supplement suggestions against them. Fields you leave blank, like age and height, are filled from Apple Health.
3. Upload a health report
On the Reports tab, tap + and choose a PDF or image from Files, a photo, or Scan paper report. Analysis takes about a minute. Tap a report to see the summary, what to watch, every result and questions for your doctor. Swipe left on a report to delete it.
4. Generate your plan
On the AI Advisor tab, tap Generate my plan. It takes 1 to 2 minutes and runs on your iPhone. Your food plan and vitamins are on the Food tab and your weekly workouts on the Exercise tab, each with daily check-offs. Review the plan with your doctor: use Share on the AI Advisor tab.
5. Add medications
On the Today tab, tap Medications today, then +. Take a photo of the label to fill in the details, set how often you take it, and turn on reminders. Tap the circle next to a dose when you take it.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of reports work?
Blood tests, lipid panels, annual physicals, thyroid and vitamin panels, and most other lab reports. Clear PDFs work best. For photos, lay the page flat in good light.
The Today tab is empty or missing numbers.
HealthPilot only shows what Apple Health has. Some measures, like HRV and VO₂ max, need an Apple Watch. Check that access is allowed in the Settings app, then pull down on the Today tab to refresh.
What language are the results in?
Results are written in your iPhone's language. To change it, change the language in the Settings app under General → Language & Region, then generate your plan again.
How is biological age calculated?
It's an estimate based on markers linked to aging, such as cardio fitness, resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, cholesterol, blood sugar, sleep and activity. The more data you add, the more reliable it gets. The lifespan figure is an educational estimate based on population statistics, not a prediction.
Do I have to buy supplements at Costco?
No. Costco products are suggested because they are easy to find and good value, but any reputable brand with the same ingredient and dose works. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
What's included free, and what is Pro?
Free includes the Apple Health dashboard, 1 report analysis, 1 AI plan, medications and the sleep wind-down tools. HealthPilot Pro adds unlimited reports and plan updates, lab result trends, daily food and exercise tracking, and sleep sounds. Pro is $4.99 a month with a 7-day free trial, or $79.99 once.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then HealthPilot. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Which iPhones are supported?
HealthPilot runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later. AI features use Apple Intelligence, which needs an iPhone 15 Pro or later (or an iPad with M1 or later) with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. When Apple Intelligence is unavailable or declines a request, HealthPilot uses standard guidance based on your numbers instead.
Are the results accurate?
Results are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Always check important results against the original report, and talk to your doctor before making changes. HealthPilot is not a medical device and does not diagnose conditions.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings (your avatar at the top left), tap your account, then Delete account. Your account and all its data are removed right away. To keep your account but remove your health data, use Delete my health data in Settings.
